CFEB Welcomes Molly Tayer

Molly Tayer joined the staff at the CFEB on January 4, 2010 as our Outreach Strategist.  She has over twenty-five years experience working in front-line government communications as both a program manager and private consultant.  During the past ten years Molly worked as a public involvement consultant and group-process facilitator, working primarily on major public works projects and multi-party policy dialogues.

Molly has a Master of Public Administration with emphasis on Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado, where she has also served as an adjunct professor teaching Public Involvement: Theory and Practice.  She is a trained facilitator and mediator and has spent the majority of her life looking for unique and fun ways to convene people to solve problems.

Molly is married to John Tayer. They share a house with a very spoiled feline, as well as a love for the mountains, community and traveling around the country looking for new disc golf courses.
